Low salaries (2018 level) No concrete carrier growth (you have to venerate and be submissive towards your manager, then wait for 5 years) Some managers are totally incompetent for the role/leading people Senior managers aptitude towards employees (they think you should work forever and without any recognition) Lack of honest / transparency from the leadership

Pros

Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

Cons

No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
