      Decent Pay, pretty simple and easy job.

      Cons

      The job is not bad at all but the managers don't do anything. They tell you they expect something a certain way but don't give you any ways on HOW to complete the tasks.

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
