      Cold, Favoritism,No communication and terrible management. Good who can speak Spanish. Non Spanish no chance to move up.

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
