Cons
High turnover rate with management and employees. Since they opened in July 2014, they had 5 Plant Managers, 2 Chief Operation Managers, 3 Manufacturing Managers, 3 QA Managers, 3 Maintenance Managers, and 4 HR Managers. With a turnover rate exceeding 100% in 2015; over 75% in 2016, there is obviously major issues. Both locations in Reno and Groveport experience major turnover issues. In general, managers/supervisors want to leave within a short period of time after being hired. Good managers have been let go unnecessarily or forced to resign.
