      Not many pros unless you’re a immigrant and can’t speak English. Not a lot of Americans hired. HR hires immigrant

      Cons

      Department heads are sub-rate, bottom of the barrel! Stay away, anyone with talent won’t stay long. It’s almost comical to watch manager try to make the simplest of decisions

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
