Poor management, from HR, to safety, production and quality. There are a lot of safety concerns in which no one does anything about when brought to their attention. Most people do not follow the cGMP and management don’t care about it. All they care about is productivity. If you have experience and really want to learn and also apply what you have learnt I will strongly encourage you to stay away from SK Food group. I am 100% sure the plant might shut down sooner or later if external auditors really do their job right.
