Pros

Two 30 min brakes You can work without talking to anyone and keep to yourself, sometimes you can’t avoid talking to people though.

Cons

Bathroom breaks are timed The lead has eyes everywhere that will inform her of everything 30 min break can turn into 20min, leads are literally keeping an eye on the time, 1 min or 2 “late” to your position? They’ll let you know and warn you No one cares whether you’re able to do the job or the condition you may be in-as in one day walk in too sick and have no pto to call off- youre expected to still do the heavy lifting- even thiugh there are CLEARLY- other positions you could be placed in for the day Leads have their social group that will get privileges Under 40 hours of work per week for the past 4 months. Only 4 days of work per week, weeks with a holiday typically means 2 days of work on that week.

Pros

The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

Cons

Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
