      100% covered health insurance for employee and family.

      Cons

      They change people not processes. Terrible internal communication. Vacation days are not given until 6 months after start date.

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
