Pros
You set you on limits. Over the many y seen many hard working employees advance in the ranks within the company. They advanced because they worked hard and it was recognized by management.
Benefits, 2nd to none. As an hourly employee it unbelievable to me that I have 4 weeks of vacation 7 days of personal time as well as all the typical holidays. Health care is the gold standard and SKA does everything it can go keep the cost down.
SKA has always been a family oriented business and is flexible to a fault, but in a good way. I have seen and have received personal help inside and outside the office. Which is a benefit that you can't put a monetary price on.
We can put in long hours, but as employee owned business, you get out want you put into it.
Cons
The only cons I can think of is that there is to much stuff in our racquetball courts to play.
