Pros
If you like a fast paced work environment than this is the place for you. Everyone here is an "A player" that works hard to contribute for the team. I came in early on and have seen the company grow but I have also grown tremendously as a result of being here. Learning about cyber security but also working towards mastering my craft from some of the best in the business has been a great experience. Every SkOUT cares about our customers and their work. Awesome atmosphere if you want to make an impact on a growing business.
Cons
Some times things move too fast and I feel we could use some more structure and support players in certain areas. This is a good problem to have because we are growing very fast.
