Pros
Excellent Executive Team with a spirited startup culture. The team is open to new ideas....actually they encourage it. They are supportive of any suggestions at all and when it comes to servicing the customer they are best in class. I've never worked for someone that inspired me, but the CEO is a gifted thinker and kind soul. Every employee is accountable for each other. The company encourages you to seek out the latest and greatest ideas and bring them to fruition. Simply put....this is the best job I have ever had.
Cons
Startups are tough, and require that you are open to bold ideas. It's not for everyone, If you are open to change this is for you.
