The compassionate culture that permeates SkOUT, coupled with the innovative approach to develop and deliver services in a way that puts customers' needs first underscores why I feel grateful to work here. It is a special experience to be part of a team who listens to each other with respect, considers diverse views, and does the same for its customers. Every day I learn from my colleagues and from the industry intel I'm encouraged to read. The SkOUT leaders allow each employee to do his or her part to position SkOUT to be at the forefront of cyber security and contribute to the cyber security big picture - the protection of our nation against cyber attacks. I am excited to come to work each day and am inspired by management, colleagues and customers to do my best. That kind of inspiration is rare and fun to experience!
Cons
I don't really consider this to be a con as we're continuing to grow, but I look forward to adding more employees to the SkOUT team because I know that any talent SkOUT pursues and anyone who joins our team will be a kind, smart person I will enjoy working with.
