      Early exposure to client interaction, managing teams. Great pay.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Unhealthy lifestyle. Company is too bureaucratic, forces pointless reports and meetings. You cannot report any real issues, only minor inconsequential ones. Major issues are tried to kept quiet.
