Pros
Challenging but exciting work. Excellent training and training opportunities. Wonderful and talented coworkers.
Cons
Use of multiple business systems that did not communicate with each other; this resulted in multiple manual entry of information - non productive time. Over zealous safety protocols implemented that handicap ones ability to perform your work. Once the Oil & Gas downturn set in, multiple layers of layoffs resulted; thus reductions in personnel, increased work, decreased morale. As a cost savings, Management sought to out source as much work as possible.
