      Good learning in a short time, best training in the industry as compared to the competitors. Good company to start with

      Cons

      No work life balance. Personal life is screwed up. Cannot really continue for a long time(depending on the location you are posted)

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      Cons

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
