Pros
Its been 3 years and its getting worse day by day In India Mumbai we are working like slave, treated like donkey, paid like prostitute, sometimes payment less due to unexplainable cuttings (adjusted by fsm) And expect us to be Perfect. but in the end you will earn some extra money than other pvt sectors. but still it feel so less because you know as well as you management knows you deserve much more. But due to sick management 20 engineers quit in less than 1 year.... it happens in SLB only
Cons
trust me this column is too less to explain Less money no respect no time no life no family time its better to join merchant navy though you will stay offshore but it will be less than from here & at least you will earn more and will have some respect here they expect you stay offshore and when you come back report in office to opcheck pending tools late night SLB is a good company but few locations are total mess due to management.
