      Pros

      Good pay and perks, great place to learn hands on skills after school, wonderful co-workers, lots of travelling and trainings

      Cons

      Stuck to one product line and specialization forever. Working long hours. Sometimes need to do more than what your job scope says, but the best, your efforts are not always recognized. Politics are kinda bad, the management changes every two years so your next manager will most likely not recognize your previous work.

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      Cons

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
