      Safety measures Benefits especially for IM's and geomobiles Diversity culture No manager/executives spirit. Everyone can express his view and take action.

      Work/life balance Country is very expensive ending up with no savings HR most probably get their salaries from your benefits which they can cut from you

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
