      Great opportunities for international postings. Great opportunity for career movement either moving up or lateral movement across different product lines or even geographical change. Very good and world leading in house Training and Development Plan for all employees.

      Cons

      Management is usually very short-sighted in terms of managing for profitability. Your role in the company is also very dependant on your current direct manager and to a certain degree your N+1 regardless of your previous record with other assignments/teams.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
