      Lot of smart people to work with Flexible working hours Looks great on your resume being the world leader in oilfield services.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great. Bonuses aren't that great. Little to no benefits. Expats are paid ridiculously and illogically higher than normal employees. If you're an expat in this company then you're set

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
