      Overall good company, family friendly, great colleagues, brings technical innovation.

      Cons

      With new top management, things are changing for bad. They think company is oversized and hired a consultant company to reduce head count instead of trusting their managers. Resulting in losing technical pillars of the company. Too much internal politics.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
