      Pros

      Great pay after completion of tech school/training. On average not a very strenuous job.

      Cons

      No set schedule. Gone from home from for unpredictable amounts of time. Consistently work 25-35 days at a time with only 4-6 days at home before leaving again.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
