      The managers are very understandable and really good person's but, and good salaries

      Cons

      sometimes the work turns being more than 12h/per day in front of a screen. There are no trainings because there ir too much work to do

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
