Friendly, chill environment, Senior managers and employees all sit at the same floor together, Cabins reserved only for very high level designations, such as global head/lead etc. Work life balance is commendable, flexible working hours, relaxation areas available. The Company has passionate people working towards preserving and growing the company's goals and visions. Best pro and the most important one, people are given full freedom and provided with the best resources to have a transverse career, i.e if you start out in a technical role but during the course of your employment you develop and interest in a HR role, your superiors will help you achieve your goals with all that they've got. Very supportive managers.
Cons
The only Con could be the team you get assigned. As with any company, no matter how good it is, it ultimately boils down which team you are assigned to and how good the people in your team are.
