      Get blame for everything that goes wrong.1000 add a boys mean nothing for one mistake. When I turned 50 and had 20 years in was offered a package to leave take it or get put on the next layoff. 5 weeks vacation , pension. Top of pay grade. that's there loyalty.

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
