      Big company for great experience

      They say its a great company to transfer to different departments, but that is not true. Also, they overwork their employees. It is a big company which does not seem unified. This is the problem of Schlumberger buying other companies and everyone not working together.

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      Cons

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
