      The pay wasn't bad and no "open office" floor plan

      Cons

      Forced to make technically unsound decisions by supervisors and sales reps who lack the experience to understand the ramifications of their ignorance. I guess upper management decided it's easier to get things done when you don't have people in authority roles who grasp the effects of their poor decisions
