      Company interested in promoting it employees in the way that takes in account both abilities and desires of the person. Respectful but light atmosphere, there is no culture of over focusing on subordination

      Cons

      Read the fine print: lots of time management make promises they don’t intend to keep in order for employees to perform extra or to make you accept a position
