Extensive internal training and exposure.
Cons
Horrible compensation package for the expected hours to put in, sub-par salary compared to same positions at direct competition, higher-ups aware of the fact and been admitting it but no moves are done to adjust salaries/compensation. They're very quick to make reductions/cuts, though.
