      Pros

      Excellent pay package and benefits for graduates. Well renowned company. Lots of training in the first 3-5years in worldwide locations. Ability to work in different locations around the world. Experience working with people from different countries and cultures.

      Cons

      Poor scheduling of time spent offshore. Restricted to working in oil towns. Working for SLB becomes all encompassing the higher you go - poor work life balance.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
