      Experienced people, and lots of employee engagement. Training readily available across a variety of functions.

      Cons

      Outdated tech, and way of working. People overworked and routinely have to work outside of hours to accomplish tasks. Company slow to respond to required change, and lacks any sort of agility to get things done quickly without multiple layers of beauracray.
