      Great benefits Networking since half the people you meet will end up at other companies

      Not sure why people say the training is great it either doesn't exist or is not relevant to the position Fast paced but made faster due to poor planning skills leading to shortages everywhere and last minute pushing Do the work of 3 other departments because supporting functions don't care about manufacturing deadlines Micro managing corporate koolaid nonsense Lay offs 0 transparency, and absolutely 100% resistant to change

      Pros

      Good people at the local level. The work is engaging and challenging.

      Cons

      Too many to count. Career advancements are extremely limited. Pay raises are minimal and don't get close to keeping up with inflation even for top performers. At the corporate level they are using acquisitions to hide massive layoffs. They return billions in profit to investors consistently, but there is still a constant threat of layoffs and multiyear freezes on pay raises even with inflation and solid corporate profit.
