      Only real advantage is schedule flexibility

      Cons

      Midstream team it's a big mess! The boss covered many the mistakes of her friends blaming people that really work. Very high personnel rotation within this team Expected to work until late during weekdays and on weekends expected to do many side activities that are meaningless on top of all the urgent requirements
