Pros
they give you lots of hours in the cement department... sometimes 12-30 hours straight... the pay is okay lots of overtime and here in california its double time after 12 hours... drivers get hired at 13.50/hour that make double time at 27/hour which is great for no experience... 40 hours guaranteed!
Cons
always on call, never have time in peace with your family... sleep in the trucks at the job site not in your bed.
