Pros
- Good for freshers, you can learn more but do not depend on training. - You will get good expose to work - Good infrastructure.
Cons
- Very poor salaries for freshers (Guess now improving) - If you want what u deserve (Salary or Promotion), you can get it only by proving your self that you can get another job outside - Management as to improve lot - You need to struggle like anything to get relive from company - Do not screw up employees with unacceptable policies which only benefits to company
