Good onsite opportunities, Work is very challenging and opportunities to learn new areas, growing organization thereby employees have more visibility, good salaries and incentives.
Cons
Very tight deadlines leading to longer work hours, Onsite consultants are having to handle too many modules leading to excessive pressures. Not a very large customer base as company is focussed on few key customers only, processes not yet in place
