1. I joined the company as a Fresher and the amount of exposure I got was very amazing. 2. You get to be responsible of a lot of deliverables quickly that allows you to learn your job well and in depth 3. Room to switch technologies and area of expertise. 4. Exposure to handling teams and being the face to the client is great, which allows to add experience for a fresher a lot in a very short time. 5. Good Competitive Salary
Cons
1. Room to grow vertically is slow 2. Get clarified on your sponsorship questions - they are very tight lipped matter (GC) *But as long as you are open to new areas of technology and ready to venture out, then you can surely make that move and grow your knowledge in that manner.
