Business Outlook
Pros
- Fair amount opportunities for freshers. - Good exposure on working directly with the customers. - Recognition of talent - No doubt, I learned a lot. But after there is nothing more except dissatisfaction.
Cons
- Poor managers - Few accounts. And because of this they go down at any level to please these clients. - They will recognize your talent, but you will have to fight to get good package - Sales and Business development department lack quality - Very very very few technically gifted seniors. After a certain point, there's nothing to learn.
