The teamleaders are techleads to someextent and their people management skill is zero.Last year I worked in this company for a short tenure with one techlead/manager in SLK.He is zero in people management skill.After I met him, he explained me about the project (briefing shortly) and asked me to transfer to Pune which I agreed even though I had family in Bangalore and I had family constraint for relocating.Then next day I joined the project as demanded by techlead.But he did not provide me necessary artefacts and information regarding the project and told me to fix a bug directly.To fix that bug when I asked for database access he did not even bothered about me and I started den interacting with database resources for getting access to database.Then he started shouting at me, ill behaved with me and started calling me to conference room 3-5 times a day and started giving threating warning that I can take any action against you and I do not have any time to give you project brief and warned me verbally not to communicate with any other SLKians and he will have always lots of time inside the conference room stating about his personal life saying that my child is in this that class and doing this that achievement which I was not interested to hear from him since every now and then he was pretending himself that he do not have any time to brief me about the project..One day I vomited heavily in his front outside when he was smoking outside and requested him to allow me the leave for that for which even he denied intensionally and forced me to stay till 12 o' clk night I that bad health and when 12 AM I did not find any cab outside to travel my home in Electronic city.This company is full of egoistic,rude managers who are inherited and working in that company from past 7-10 years and they do not care for any new resources.There is no value for your work.They will even never review your work.Bad politics
