Pros
Good for freshers provided they are put on projects early, else lot of shuffling happens.
Cons
1) there are few managers who always die for onsite. They don't care anyone else they can ruin others skillset, they step on others career just to remain in ONSITE. They don't even care if they really have tecnical knowledge about project they are managing. Ex: There was an ETL project going on. Offshore and onsite managers both from .net background. Now these buggers will never come to know how to set ETA and used to commit worst deadlines. Most of managers are like that only in SLK thats why most of projects are going out of it. And if you are willing to work in hot trending technologies then even do not bring this company in your dream !!!!!!!!!
