Management does not know what they are doing. There is no structure or processes set in place. No training available and no career development. They discourage taking time off...poor work/life balance. The cultural gap between India and the U.S. is the biggest challenge due in large part to the senior leadership's unwillingness to assimilate India employees to U.S. culture.
