Complete disorganization from the top down. Other peoples managers will try to insert themselves as your manager and the disorganization enables it. Company is offshore and 90% of it's employee's and contractors come from offshore. There is no upward movement for you if you do not come from offshore. Company gives 2% yearly raises. Less than inflation.
