Pros
+ Company seeing a good growth rate in recent years. + As of now its a small company , so recognition is good and things can be get done quite easily. + Banking domain , banking domain , banking domain !!! (you can drown in banking domain and learn a lot about the same). + Can get an opportunity to work on some very good and demanding technologies. + Good Work Environment. + Very good and supportive peers , some are Genius in their fields (at least for me). + Can climb the career ladder with ease if one stays here for a while. + Fair On-site opportunities. + Timings are not that strict . + Paid leaves compared to other companies. + Overall , Good place to start your career with.At least you will have something in your head when you leave the company.
Cons
- Pay is peanuts. - Learning wise its good for freshers , but their compensation is not at all par with Industry standards. - Infrastructure is becoming *chaos*. - In some cases , the time spent on bench can get tooo long. - Work Life Balance in some projects not good. - nowadays coming up with some really stupid Policies. - again , more process. - Some managers are really good , some dunno how they actually became Managers.
