Business Outlook
Pros
1. Good company for freshers 2. Opportunity for learning new domain and skills 3. Reward and recognition you can get easily if you work is good 4. Female safety and security more focus on that. 5. During covid slk is the only company who gave covid leaves plus medical facility for home quarantine as well.
Cons
1. The only main issue is distance. 2. Transport facility is not flexible cabs have only two shifts. 3. For female employee who have babies some sort of flexibly should be there even HR managers are not listening.
