Pros
1. Healthy work environment in terms of facilities and people 2. Able leaders who guide and support 3. Humble and down to earth people 4. Great place to start career as this is a medium sized firm 5. Founders are genuinely focused on CSR. They do not do CSR as a check mark activity. They ensure they do their best in all the areas they have identified for CSR. 6. Campus is well maintained and has received awards for its sustainable practices.
Cons
1. Many people find it to be located very far from the city. But transport facility is good. 2. Certain groups of people do not have a hybrid work location option. Have to come to office every day.
