1. Provide transportation facilities for all the shifts. 2. If you are in project then it's good
Cons
1. Once you are moved to bench they don't really move back to projects. 2. Keep in bench for really long time. I'm on bench since a year. 3. Not getting used to use the technology and your knowledge reduces day by day. 4. Hybrid model is very strict.
