1. The Company is in a mood of big transformation without proper road map. 2. They are in a crossroad, thinking either to Shift LEFT or LEFT Shift. Not sure, whether they are considering shifting company's infrastructure. 3. Cost cutting is at heights with very cheap policies. 4. Resources required to run a project in smooth manner is always like a mirage. 5. Though process with the middle management group is very poor as they are like frogs in a small pond. They actually need some kind of training to at least show themselves as a project manager or project leaders. 6. MS Excel is the main application is use... Management keeps on requesting for lot of data from team members, which doesn't make any sense as the request is re-worked. 7. Without educating, proper training, empowering the talented resource pool within the company they are planning for a magic in Software Industry. 8. People who are good at shouting, black mailing, buttering and those who always say YES to all kind nonsense from the Project Manager/Leader are considered as assets/talented and given good appraisal. Hard workers are slogged as mules... whatever the situation, should show productivity for peanuts and least bother about family life. 9. Main mantra of few Project Managers/Leaders is BILLING BILLING BILLING 10. They never have time to listen to the employees Issues and Concerns. This list can grow above 100...
