      Pros

      None, if you are new employee hike and new role will be given, after 2-3 years then nothing will be done, better to vacate the place after serving 2-3 yrs

      Cons

      1. Toxic work culture 2. Managers will not allow you to grow 3. They don't deserve the GPTW logo 4. Manager will feel threatened by your growth and they will their office politics to stop your growth. 5. If you have other offers, take that and don't join this organization, if you join this organization, you will regret later.
