Cons
1. Most of the Managers are doing postman jobs. Top management need to think for changing such middle level managers then only SLK can grow. 2. Most of managers will identify the good resources who are really doing good in project and force him to work as PA. Just to make their job easy and for their appraisal. 3. Most of the managers don't know why they are coming to office. Come to office around 12pm and spend 6-7 hours in waste meetings along with TLs or SSEs to discuss about the task for day. 4. Slk heading towards changing the testing process. Its great thing but managers are not clear what to do and failed to explain to team. 5. Managers always ask value adds but their value add is ZERO. So and so Its never ending story..
