Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of great people in management roles that don't micromanage and actively encourage a healthy work/life balance. WFH on M&F plus a 9/80 Great pay and benefits compared to similar roles with much larger companies in the past. Fewer levels of management means less "red tape" and enables employees to actually make meaningful changes and improvements.
Cons
Like most places, it seems to be difficult to get rid of poor performers and to get approval to expand some teams to keep up with workloads.
